Day Training, Developmentally Disabled Services:
These are eligible supports that assist adults in developing and keeping life skills, participate fully in community life and engage themselves in activities they enjoy. In order to qualify the individual must be over the age of 18 and be diagnosed with mental retardation or a similar condition. This type of service provides supervision, training and assistance with self-care, socialization, communication and behavioral management. As well as non-medical transportation, supported employment, training in community skills and community integrated activities.
